At Sheffield Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, original box, and all warranty cards securely inside the shipping carton, ensuring the protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received, our horologists will inspect the piece and process your refund within 5 business days.
